Board meetings

Find out how to you can attend Trust Board meetings, view upcoming dates, and submit a question to the Board.

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust formed on 1 July 2026, bringing together North Bristol NHS Trust (NBT) and University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW). Some information may still refer to NBT or UHBW. Updates will be added when they become available.

The Trust Board meets in public every other month. These meetings give you the chance to find out how we are performing, the decisions being made, and our plans for the future.

Members of the public are welcome to attend. You can also send us a question by email up to 5 working days ahead of a meeting. We will aim to answer your question during the meeting or provide a written response afterwards.

Board papers are published on this page approximately one week before the meeting. These papers are under embargo and will not be discussed until the meeting has been completed.

In months without a public meeting certain papers will be published below.
