Created in-house by colleagues, Honouring Our Past. Shaping Our Future tells the story of healthcare across our region, from the founding of some of Bristol's oldest hospitals to the creation of Bristol NHS Foundation Trust earlier this year.
The film brings together the histories of North Bristol NHS Trust, University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust, and the organisations that came before them, highlighting key moments that have influenced healthcare locally, nationally and internationally.
Maria Kane, Chief Executive of Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, said:

Alongside the launch of the film, the trust is inviting colleagues, patients, volunteers, supporters and members of the public to share their own memories and experiences of healthcare across the region.
Whether you worked in one of our hospitals, received care, volunteered, supported a loved one or witnessed an important moment in local healthcare history, every story helps tell the wider story of healthcare across Bristol, Weston and beyond.
